morning riders are c*nts!!

first off i would like to say to all the riders that pasted me yesterday morning on putney bridge and the kings road you are all cunts !!its a long story but i got a flat and had run out of patches my fault, should of bought a kit when i ran out but these things happen! I got a flat on my fixie so had to walk for 45 mins to work while about 120 riders passed me and not one offered a punture kit i even asked a bunch riders at some lights and just got blanked ! if your out on your BMX and another rider has a pit stop problem you lend a hand even if you don't know them! but ride a fixie for example other riders pass!! even a chap i helped out the other morning! cunt! so make sure you have a puncture kit with you if your out and about london because no one gives a shit!!

well been a bit lame the last week or so !
James has been busy over on the isle of wight helping to build the street course for the white air festival see the pics below! looks good with a massive jump etc ! its happening the weekend, i was unable to make it down this time but hopefully james will get some footage and pics !
also United bikes have a new site up with all there new 2009 products so check that out !

just latley i have got into riding a fixed wheeled bike took a bit of getting use to but sort of cracked now ! there are some sweet looking rides out there at the minute with the likes of FBM with the "sword", GIANT with the "Bowery"and CHARGE with the "plug"

Isle Of Wight gets MORE skateparks

*NEWSFLASH*  Isle Of Wight gets another Skatepark.

yep you heard it right the Island gets yet another Park !

This time Sandown sea front gets a new one, its metal.......

still better that no park and at least the chavs cant burn it down !!!!!

Also the builders have moved out of Ryde park leaving a lovely smooth concrete surface.......

..... now all we need are the ramps !

Took a trip upto Northampton to ride the "creeky jaw" as it has been named ! Had the mission across london to get the train from Euston the sun is shining got a beer on the go and the comfort of one of the new Virgin trains, half way there and it fucks down with rain! Its beginning to take the piss this weather its august for fuck sake ! There was one good thing though got to have some of the best fish & chips going anywhere from the chippy round the corner from russell's pad............

Ryde skatepark update

After nearly a year the council have finally agreed to extra funding for Ryde skatepark to be re-surfaced ! Spoke to the site workers the other day and they say it will be concrete with new drain covers which have much smaller holes in...... no more dead stopping on skateboards.

Also the ramps will not sink into the ground like they did on the old surface of Tarmac !!!

Could all be completed with ramps in place by the end of next month, fingers crossed.

Ok all you bmx fools out there this is the biz.

Cowes,  saturday the 19th, turned out to be a FECKIN sweet day ! .

  The council and Police ?.. ( £600 donated by them ) organised a fun day with bouncy castle, food stalls, music n such like all around Cowes Sk8park on the Isle Of Wight 4 a jam.

 I received a call from Scott 2 days before to ask if i would come help commentate and judge the event with Jackey ( the Mrs ) giving Mattias a lift with the decks n speakers n vinyl to provide some sweet sound to power the day,

Me and Scott go back a long way,  he put 110% into making this event work, MASSIVE props to Scott.

The event was organised as it went, BMX under 14 group and over 14, Rollerblade, and then Skate comps all intermingled.

2 heats of one minute runs each.

Thanks to Wight Trash, Wight Mountain and Randommotionbmx.com for prizes, also proper medals and Cup for top positions again from Hapshire constabulary. 

starting at 11 am this crazy sh@t didnt stop till 4pm !

The weather is on the up at last ! i haven't rode for about two weeks due to a number of things like my over sized face but that has sorted it self out sort of! James is still getting over the sea jumping the other weekend!! don't think he is riding at the minute still has a number of stitches in his leg , "next time deeper water old boy!!" the new issue of ride is out at your local paper shop/corner shop so grab yourself a copy of that some treats within. Also head over to Mule bar and get yourself some "100% natural energy bars" to keep you going while out riding!! avaliable in a number of flavours better than any other bar out there "you know the one's i mean the card board tasting bars " . The full UK BMX team will be visiting 7 destinations in just under 10 days, culminating with the final stop at Custom Riders store.
