stitches, sun, energy...................

The weather is on the up at last ! i haven't rode for about two weeks due to a number of things like my over sized face but that has sorted it self out sort of! James is still getting over the sea jumping the other weekend!! don't think he is riding at the minute still has a number of stitches in his leg , "next time deeper water old boy!!" the new issue of ride is out at your local paper shop/corner shop so grab yourself a copy of that some treats within. Also head over to Mule bar and get yourself some "100% natural energy bars" to keep you going while out riding!! avaliable in a number of flavours better than any other bar out there "you know the one's i mean the card board tasting bars " . We are down to the last few shirts now so get in quick as they are not been reprinted a new set of designs will be out in a few weeks so keep em peeled ...............

i haven't been riding this weekend due to a cracked tooth then this morning woke up and looked like this the side of my face swollen up and speaking like a retard!

Got this in a text from james this evening "down to the bone"resulting in a trip to A&E to get stiched up! makes my cheek look a bit gay but it still hurts like F*ck

Vans UK BMX Tour ‘Off the Wall’ In association with Relentless energy drink

The Vans ‘Off the Wall’ UK BMX tour kicks off at the legendary T in the Park music festival on Saturday 12th July. The full UK BMX team will be visiting 7 destinations in just under 10 days, culminating with the final stop at Custom Riders store. This is the first UK BMX tour under the watchful eye of new team manager and long time Vans BMX rider, Jon Taylor. So expect some hard core riding and plenty of behind the scenes antics – look out for daily updates on http://www.rideukbmx.com/.

Making his team debut will be Niki Croft who will be taking his well deserved place on the UK BMX tour as the newest Vans family member. Joining him will be Ashley Charles, Phil ‘Moley’ Aller and Bas Keep to name a few, plus special European and American guests to be announced soon, so watch this space and check http://www.vans.co.uk/ for regular updates on the tour. Tomorrow We Work DVD

Got a copy of the long awaited dvd "Tomorrow we work" yesterday! i've been looking forward to seeing this vid for ages , full on street ! some amazing riding from Dan cox mostly going backswards into stuff! also a good sections from joe cox and marv. Within the extras there is a good section called "nearly" which is quite funny you can see the many atempts to get that clip! All in all a nicely put together DVD with loads of extras and some cool tunes a must buy i think you can get a copy from here or no doubt your local bike shop !
