Comp coming up in Cowes.....!

Hey peeps, hope your all enjoying the recent joy weather, get out and get on !

Had a call from Scotty over in Cowes the other day day, letting me know hes organising a comp at Cowes skatepark that will be run some time in June........ keep your eyes peeled right here for further updates on time and date, last years was a blast and a great succses even if hardly any of the Ryde boys showed up !!! dont be shy, the more the merrier, dont have an ego just bloody enter , you cant have comps without entrants. Blake won best crash last year and won a WhiteTrash thong.

Some juicy updates for ya !!!

 Yep, we got some more news from the Sunny Isle O Wight.

A get-together was organised and set in motion for BMXers to come down and have there part in helping speed up the completetion of Ryde skatepark, lots of peeps made it with the promise of a free lunch !!!

Painting kicked off about 10am and went on till 5:30........

The Season is here !!!!!

Well howdy all you randommotion fans, it seems the weather has behaved itself for long enough for some action to go down ! yep you heard it right. Sunday saw the first of the years pilgramages to a location on the island...... Newport, four ramps in a tennis court but the Islands first and longest running skatepark, its just simple and..... fun. Sometimes its just good to get back to basics.

 The group consisted of Marvin, Ian, Hallie, Luke, Charlie n me and Matt meetin in Ryde at 10am for the 12 mile ride to Newport. Group rides from place to place are always a treat just because of the danger of death from being run over by angry speeding drivers !!! The fact that BMXers are weaving all over the road is besides the point. Hmmmm.

Anyhow, the ride went quick and an excited session started up with the boys throwin themselves all over the place.

And some news on Ryde skatepark, Guido whos buildin it has had some guys sort out an animation of the finished product, should look sweet when its done just got some painting and the surface to sort out. Me and the lads will be down there on Saturday the 28th of feb to do some painting of the frame work so come on down from 10am and paint !

Some fundraising is in order so watch this space for event news..... April will see some sea jumping going down at Ryde harbour bring your spare change !

well haven't posted anything up for ages so thought i'd best hit a few keys and click the mouse a few times !! is anyone riding at the minute in this cold snap thats going down??? sort of been out of it due to my knee playing up so had no motivation to go out ! think the IOW crew have been braving the cold and hitting up the mean streets of RYDE...will be adding a load of images up soon of some old stuff from northampton and some old urban games snaps too. i belive there is a new bowl over in tolworth ( surrey ) but ain't seen it yet !
